Technical Responsibilities
•Responsible for Configurations in Maximo such as but not limited to:
o Database configuration in adding and removing of fields in Maximo and relationships
o Workflow development and administration
o User access control
• Responsible for any customization to Maximo if requirements arise.
• Develop new applications if required.
• Write Java scripts, Maximo automation scripting, XML Coding.
• Bulk loading of data into Maximo through MIF.
• Support and monitor of Integrations.
• Keep CMMS documentation up to date with all changes (Training, Technical and Functional Documentation).
• Support with daily user support.
• Act as key instructor for CMMS training.
Health, Safety and Environment
• Be aware and adhere to requirements affecting your role in relation to: Health & Safety Policy; Rail Safety Management Plan; Health Safety Environment Plan; Security Plan; and Risk Management Plan.
• Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into the delivery of all work in line with established policies, systems, plans, procedures and work instructions.
• Exercise personal duty of care for your own health and safety, that of team members and peers within the organization, our customers and communities in which we deliver services.
• Report all incidents and accidents immediately through appropriate reporting channels and take action to isolate any hazards and risks.
• Promote an excellent Health & Safety culture among team members, peers, subcontractors and third parties.
• Report any near misses, occupational injuries or potential Health and Safety noncompliance immediately through appropriate reporting channels.
• Look for ways to conserve energy, water and resources and minimize the generation of waste both within the workplace and within Company accommodation.
Teamwork
• Promote and deliver effective teamwork within own department and across departments and build rapport with co-workers.
• Ensure effective communication by email, telephone or in person with co-workers.
• Be aware of cultural differences and be culturally aware and sensitive in your communication and interaction with co-workers.
Share thoughts and ideas openly and take into account what others have to say.
• Ensure appropriate handovers are in place between team members at end of shift to ensure continuity of service and delivery.
• Ensure appropriate communication and required actions take place between coworkers within different departments and within own department.
Operational Delivery
• Ensure a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement is delivered across the organization. • Submit any scheduled reports or documentation required to supervisors or line managers as directed.
• Ensure that whatever management systems and tools are mandated for your department are used responsibly and accurately, ensuring reporting timelines are met for data input.
• Be aware and adhere to all departmental operational procedures and instructions.
• Be aware and adhere to all Human Resources procedures and instructions.
• Be aware and adhere to the Quality Policy and all related procedures and instructions relating to your department.
Quality and Performance
• Supervise a team to deliver excellent technical results and high levels of customer service.
• Complete any reports needed regarding team performance on shift.
• Ensure adequate resourcing levels attend shift each day, raise any requirement for shift coverage if needed, and ensure accurate reporting of late or non-attendance or sickness absence issues.
• Raise any employee issues regarding employee non-compliance with Procedures or instructions to line managers.
Financial and Commercial
• Be aware and adhere to money handling procedures.
• Be aware and adhere to timekeeping and rostering procedures.
• Ensure accurate accounts of all working hours are recorded and verified.
المهارات
Knowledge
Preferably Bachelors’ degree educated, minimum Diploma.
Knowledge of the following software:
• Maximo 7.5 and higher.
• SQL Databases.
• XML.
• Java Script Writing for Maximo.
• Excel, Word, Visio & PowerPoint.
Skills
• Excellent in verbal and written English.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player, able to support fellow team members and colleagues.
• Ability to adhere to policies, rules and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions.
Experience
• minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
