Our Client: A leading FMCG company is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to handle their HORECA channel in Muscat, Oman.
Your Role: You will be responsible for
- adding strategic value to the current system
- Leading a sales force across the region and able to optimize, create efficiencies, and build the capability of the team.
- Work closely as well with the modern trade customer to drive value-added work and gain market share.
- Achieve the sales numbers to generate maximum volume and margin.
- Plan an effective go-to-market strategy that would optimize the assigned territory.
- Participate in a budget set to ensure sales budgets are reasonable and meet sales demand.

المهارات
Must-Have:
University graduate. A sales expert with at least 6 years of hands-on/core experience in the Key Accounts HORECA outlets with at least a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
- Should be a highly operational candidate who visits the market and can build a good connection with the customer.
- GCC Experience will be added advantage.
- A valid GCC driving license is a must. Arabic language is added advantage.
- should have prior experience in not only tactical handling of key accounts but in actually rethinking the entire scope of work in light of the new ground realities.
- You would come from a strong direct distribution model.
- Should have led a substantial team with proven ability to manage operations and formulate the glide path for the business in the future.
