Your Role: A seasoned professional who comes armed with 12+ years of qualitative experience in leading new product innovation, re-innovation of old product lines, and managing the stage gate process you would be armed with substantial cross-geography experience in the soap business. Develop chemical formulas that meet the needs of the company and find an alternative or new raw materials for better quality. Identify requirements for raw materials and specify and submit production guidelines. work closely with the supply chain team to propose cost-effective solutions Analyses samples and provide reports and discover and solve current product problems. Supervise inputs and outputs of production according to the specified quality standards. Establish improved and effective ways of working with Global cross-functional partners to ensure excellence in execution.

You would be responsible for leading the organization in products Innovations, products renovations, Quality enhancements, Ingredient Value Engineering, Demonstrating the futuristic proactive product proposals to business to build the innovation pipeline, building a development team, coaching and building the functional and leadership capability, building and managing the budget. This position requires exercising independent judgment to deliver on the objectives.

Must Haves: 12+ years of experience in a similar field with Master’s/Bachelors’ degreepreferably in Chemical Engineering in the field of detergents, disinfectants, and soap production. Strong background in quality management
