Procurement Officer
Job Responsibilities include but not exclusive to the below:
- Maintaining Supplier contracts and following up on them and keeping a good relationship with them.
- Evaluating Suppliers and conducting the needed analysis for selecting suppliers.
- Executing the Purchasing cycle including locating suppliers, getting quotations, negotiations, creating purchase orders..etc.
- Providing reports as needed
- Following up on suppliers’ deliveries and coordinating with other departments.
