Position Overview
Based at BanoPuratos in Kuwait, in order to further strengthen our Kuwaiti team, we are currently seeking a:
Marketing Executive

Contribute to the development of the marketing strategies, understand impact of marketing plans and programs on business outcomes. Stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising programmes. Finally, act as the intermediary between creative and sales teams.
Key Tasks
Create and develop content and stories for a variety of internal and external channels that will connect with audiences
Analyze media trends and assist in the research and implementation of new media strategy for BanoPuratos Kuwait.
Lead logistics execution for all events, sponsorship programs, festivals, etc. including venue organization, materials ordering, scheduling and attendance, database management, etc.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring marketing programs and plans.
Manage the content of the website and social media platforms to ensure that they are current, dynamic, relevant, and in alignment with the marketing strategies
Keep promotional materials ready during various event and exhibitions by coordinating with the Regional Marketing Manager.
Coordinate the production and effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, others
Monitor competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices
Identify sponsorship opportunities for implementation as needed for successful event execution
Act as a point of contact with printing agencies, and promotional material suppliers in order to negotiate best terms and optimize the best exposure.
Coordinate and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
Keep abreast of latest trends and best practices within the field and share lessons learned across the department
Job Profile
3 to 6 years of marketing experience.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, or any related field
Fluent in English and Arabic
Knowledge of web analytics tools
Ability to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns from the ideation till the execution
Competencies
Should have the ability to develop multimedia content
Should have good planning and organizational skills.
Should have good commination and presenting skills.
Should have good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners
