Job Purpose
We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
You will:
. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, direct email & other lead generation activities
. Follow up on prospective sales leads, update on progress reports & record activities with comments
. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
. Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new/existing products and services.
. Promote and sell products and services and inform clients about special and promotional offers such as free seminars and consultations
. Collecting payments from clients and issue receipts via our POS system in the form of cash, credit cards, online transfers
. Handle new/existing clients Inquiries and direct them towards the concerned channel
. Encourage customers to purchase products, services and packages by offering discounts and negotiating on prices
. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
. Go the extra mile to engage customers
Work schedule
6 Days a week
Shift Hours: 10:00 A.M. to 07:00 P.M. or 11:00 A.M. to 08:00 P.M.
1 Day Off
