Sales and Marketing Manager is Required for Heavy Machineries Transport and Heavy Machineries Maintenance Garage: –
At Least more than 6 years UAE experienced in sales and marketing in the field of Heavy Machineries Transport and Heavy Machineries Maintenance Garage.
Minimum Education Bachelor in Sales and Marketing.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Arabic is advantage.
Must have UAE driving license with own car
Full Package will be provided by Company according to his knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities: –
. Direct the Sales team for achieving the set targets, industry wise.
. Securing New contracted business in present business line i.e. (Heavy Transport & Garage)
. Identify potential market for the diversification of business activities.
. Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the Unit.
. Maintain sales volume
. Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity
. Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve revenue target
. Forecast, analyze and design appropriate sales and marketing plan in all changes for transport and garage industries
. Prepare action plan by individual as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
. Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
. Self-driven and interdependent
. Creating and increase revenues for the company.
. Promoting company brands in the market and introducing new company market strategies to achieve target goals for the company.
. Propose and implement new sales plan, advertisement for the Heavy Transport and Garage including budget requirements.
. Maintaining relationship with important clients by doing a regular visit, understanding their requirements and anticipate new business opportunities.
. Look for a new business opportunity in the market by searching, calling and meeting potential clients.
. Create and submit business proposal to the clients. Any tasks as assigned by management
