Job Description

Description:
Job functions
Handling Logisitcs emails
Answering related telephone calls
Stock entries to be done systematically
Deducting stock of items based on invoices
Adding stock quantities and items upon receipt of shipment
Regular stock checks to be maintained every week
Stock orders to be executed within 2 working days
Counter check of orders into the order status sheet after checking the item description,qty,article,price etc
Arrange shipments as and when required
To check for competitive rates from forwarders for clearance and shipment
Maintaining delivery report, to be discussed with RRT every day before posting in the group. To be sent before 10am.
Maintaining shipment report
Maintaining Repair report
Samples to be arranged for the sales person within 1-2 days time after request.
Maintaining the sample report for post orders
Shipment/Repair/ Sample Reports to be discussed with RRT every week, Monday/Friday
To ensure proper filing of orders, after preparing invoice, pending, any other related documents which is easily accessible to others every day
