”Marketing Officer”
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the marketing action plan.
Assist in developing and updating marketing material online and offline.
Assist in the communication with the marketing agency and overseeing their work and offer guidance or direction.
Monitor and develop reports on the call center activities and marketing activities.
Assist in tasks related to event management / exhibitions
Responsible for the department storage area: monitor and manage inventory.
Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by the direct manager
Qualifications:
2+ years work related experience in campaign management / marketing / content writing. Agency background is a plus.
Hands on experience with analyzing data and writing reports
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and writing skills in both English & Arabic
Proficiency in MS office- strong reporting skills using excel and ppt
Proactive Multitasker, and problem solver.

The main objective is to manage, maintain and support MFW products portfolio, in term of analyzing & implementing customer acquisition/ retention, generating / maximizing revenues for existing products, and securing product health (product road map strategy, documentation, processes, compliance, and competitiveness), while engaging branch network and operations to ensure budget/target achievements, and involving product development and other internal stakeholders to ensure any emerging business solution, any new market trend, any new product concepts or process improvement. , or other emerging customer needs or regulatory requirements.
