Plan, Follow-up, Monitors and Report projects during pre-contract and post contract phase.
Maintains optimally efficient output during all phases and stages of project.
Creates, update and revise projects baseline programme and recovery programmes.
Prepares EOT Claims.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement all planning functions such as building up a fully resources loaded project’s baseline and revised programmes.
Prepare projects monitoring and controlling reports.
Attends progress meetings on sites.
Prepare internal status/progress/control reports.
Prepare, review and assess time extension claims.
Advise and highlight the projects managers and the area managers of all critical planning-related matters, deviations and effects of obstacles and propose corrective actions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company and projects standards

Excellent command of Primavera.
Very good Command of English.
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft office.
Worked in large scale / complex projects.
Has an experience in constructing residential, mix-used and high-rise projects.
Good knowledge of FIDIC.
Fair background of construction contracts law and regulations.
Project Management certification is a plus.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s and project’s goals and objectives.
Excellent analytical and creative problem –solving skills.
Skill in preparing and conducting presentations.
Able to handle high load of work.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high –pressure environment.
Ability to establish and maintain working relations with other entities, such as , managers, consultants, and Client (as required).
Ability to accomplish tasks timely and with minimal supervision.
