Job Objectives :
Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and organization development process. Execute recruitment and employee development plans to achieve organizational goals. Design and innovate the process to spot, acquire and retain the best talent.
Job Description :
- Prepare annual manpower plan and recruitment budget. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers, and advise managers on the best practices on recruitment and selection.
- Prepare job descriptions & person specifications in coordination with respective line managers and write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
- Design application forms and prepares other recruitment materials such as brochures.
- Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires, and various group activities.
- Keep up to date with current employment legislation, and Sudiaization programs and ensure line managers are briefed on the development.
- Coordinate with local universities / technical institutes and develop plans for campus interviews and selection.
- Assist to locate the right recruitment agencies and head hunters and conclude agreements with them.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
– Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
– Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
– Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
– Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Hold exit interviews and analyze data and submit recommendations on employee turnover.
- Assist in the implementation of redundancy programs, including voluntary redundancy and early retirement schemes.
- Prepare succession plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
