The maintenance Inspector is responsible to oversee the provision of all maintenance asset categories and trades on site. Implement all the planned inspection work orders/programs on a ground daily basis as per the required quality criteria and standards. Reporting all findings by using the MAXIMO system & manual MS sheets and management presentations are required most of the time. Quality improvement programs and management recommendations as outcomes of the inspection programs are key roles. Following up on the closure of the findings in a professional manner and monitoring the adequacy of the work is required.

• Ability to physically conduct site visits

• Demonstrate maturity and excellence in communication, possess interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to initiate positive changes.

• Proficient in Computer, particularly in MS applications.

• Proficiency in preparing presentations/documentation.

• Strong English Communication skills, in speaking, writing & presenting.

• Effectively organize and prioritize work activities.

• Been involved in the quality assurance & control, inspection in facilities management industry with specific knowledge of facilities equipment functioning & testing, electrical asset thermal imaging, low current functioning testing, civil asset & structures inspection, painting, insulation, refractory, corrosion & Hydro testing, (pipelines, flow lines, relief valves & static equipment Etc.), all the above activities are according to the International codes

• High sense of accuracy & accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Instrumentation).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Additional Requirement

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment.

• Any Facilities Management and/or inspection certificate is preferred.
