Responsibilities:
• Create the highest standard of graphic quality outputs in the promotion of UDC publications
• Conceptualize, design and produce graphic-intensive images, brochures, advertising, signage and other graphic material for internal and external use in promotion of its communication activities.
• Ensure that the graphics created are compatible with existing content and the brand image of the company.
• Execute all retouching and Photoshop works on all images used in the layout and design of all publications and materials completed by the Art Division.
• Coordinate the printing production process to ensure quality .
• Prepare printing and other reproduction specifications (select ink, paper, and print quality); inspect proofs for accuracy;
recommend contractors (typesetters, printers, illustrators).
• Be proactive in identifying priorities, emergencies and important issues in connection with the day-to-day business
needs.
• Maintain the graphic library of all images used in the promotion and marketing of all company entities along with backups of all images in accordance with company policies and procedures.
