1. B1&B2 Maintenance Trainer will report to the training manger and be responsible for establishing and implementing OJT programs for H-145 Avionics technicians in accordance with GSAC training Manuals.

2. Develop and provide formal instructions on the installation, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of H-145 avionics systems including automatic flight controls, electronic standby instrument system , air data computer system, RAD ALT, IFF, GPS/NAV equipment and all other Mission Equipment on GSAC aircraft and associated components, at the organizational level of maintenance.

3. The B1 OJT Instructor must be able to impart knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical principles that apply to maintenance and repair of the rotary wing aircraft; internal hardware such as interconnects, lines, valves, gauges, controls, pumps, sealing materials, sheet metal parts; properties of rubber and application of organic sealing compounds; interpretation of wiring diagrams, blueprints; use of layout drawings; technical publications; concepts and application series and supporting publication; and work policies and procedures is mandatory.

4. Develop and instruct advanced OJT avionics and electrical training curriculum for experienced mechanics.

5. OJT trainers will only train technicians that have completed initial qualification courses through OEM.

6. All necessary instructor, technical and skills certifications must be obtained prior to employment, deployment.

7. The instructors shall be responsible for training only and no participation in the daily maintenance activities.

8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

المهارات

1. Experience in Develop and instruct OJT training curriculum in respective field for fresh maintenance technicians or advanced maintenance technicians that have maintenance experience.

2. Experience in Develop teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate the technical training courses.

3. Experience in Directly supervise new maintenance technicians during training evaluations and be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and Maintain training records with adherence to GSAC policies and procedures.

4. EASA / FAA License- Part 66 with 3 years of experience H-145 or similar platforms.

5. Type rating in H-145 by approved part 147.

6. Minimum of 5 years experience in H-145 Maintenance training.

7. Awarded instructor technique course.

8. Should have 3 Years as Technical writing position.
