Job Purpose

This position exists for overseeing & leading MEP activities involved in the project(s) and for Project Execution.

Key Accountability Areas

To Follow up, ensure Mechanical work carried out is as approved shop drawing, within time frame and progress of approved construction program.
Accurate Quantity take off for mechanical services as contract, site requirement.
Follow up, ensure that installation, inspection, testing of all Mechanical services, work implemented meets specification, client requirements.
Verify accuracy of shop drawings, their compliance to specification, design, existing local authority standard.
Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, other project requirements are met.
Liaise with local authorities for approval of Mechanical services drawings, service connection.
Material coordination, close interaction with consultants for preparation of material submittal for approvals, preparation of working drawings, built drawings.
Following design check, procurement, planning, and execution of all MEP works.
Able to prepare work distribution charts. Bills of materials / material delivery schedule, can handle a huge workforce as site requirement.
To ensure the quality of material, workmanship to satisfy work should be completed with given standards.
Proactive, ethical, confident, poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. Detail oriented, resourceful, able to multi-task effectively.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
