الوصف الوظيفي
- Proven experience as marketing executive, communication, public relations specialist or similar position in NGOs & Charity organization inside KSA.
- Develop & implement a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics in line with Marketing Manager.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management. Deploy them, own their implementation from idea to execution.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate, PR results, Activations & On ground activities on a quarterly basis & reporting on the performance & efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analyze & track trends to identify new marketing opportunities, media coverage, competitors’ analysis & targeted customers' profiles for each Business line to inform future campaigns.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.
- Works with the Marketing manager and the Board to develop a strategic long-range plan consistent with the vision statement. Analyzes appropriate ways to bring this message to the various target groups.
- Formulating Communication & PR plans and strategies with Marketing manager, Manage company sponsorships.
- Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
- Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments.
- Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies, Conduct extensive media outreach.
المهارات
- Ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships. Aptitude in presentation & Public speaking.
- trong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs § Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, … etc.).
- Must be outstanding listeners to understand the needs and preferences of their clients.
- An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
- Event planning experience.
- Ability to pitch to media.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking abilities are also needed to quickly and logically respond to negative events and spin them into a positive image for the client.
