Job Position:
Sales Supervisor, Chemical Engineer, MUST own a car

Customer Base:
detergents, personal care, cosmetics, paints & coatings, construction chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, food & beverages and other similar chemical industries…

Region:
Jordan, and may include other countries.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
include the following; other duties may be assigned.

 Visit existing accounts and potential customers, developing strong relationships with all accounts.
 Maintain and service a developed customer base, managing customer relationships.
 Maintain and develop customer database and keeping customer records including contacts, products, technology, production lines, market share…
 Communicate effectively with all levels of customers' staff; building strong business relationships and networks.
 Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to existing accounts and potential customers.
 Provide technical support to customers where necessary.
 Promote our products creating more awareness of products and services.
 Coordination with sales administration department and/or other shared services, ensuring good customer service and satisfaction from order capture through delivery, invoicing and payment.
 Coordination with supply chain departments (at company & customers) to ensure minimum stock availability depending on the products.
 Working on after-sales support services and providing technical backup as required.
 Preparing monthly and annual sales reports.
 Understanding customer operations, customer business objectives, and applicable government/local regulations.

Requirements:
 2 years working experience of sales functions in similar businesses.
 Male or Female, below 30 years old.
 Good presentation skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills and communication skills.
 Good command of English both written and spoken.
 Must own a car.

Qualifications:
A bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related field.
