Advise high-net-worth individuals and family groups
Provide advice on wealth planning and management, tax planning, corporate structuring, and succession planning
Devise formal legal structures and corporate restructuring that accommodates family transitions
Manage risk and ensure that structures are Sharia-compliant for Muslims
Guide non-Muslims on the options available across jurisdictions

The Successful Applicant

2+ years PQE.
Bilingual
Able to draft in Arabic and English
Good grounding in wealth planning, tax planning, corporate structuring
Regional experience
Excellent drafting skills and legal research ability
Strong client management skills
