Senior Data Governance and Quality Consultant
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- 8+ years experience in data governance and quality.
- Strong record of implementation for data governance & quality projects and establishing DGOs (Data Governance Office)
- Deep knowledge in data Governance & quality policies, standards, procedures, and metrics.
- Extensive experience developing detailed data governance workflows, operating models, and organizational structures.
- Profound understanding for DMBOK (Data Management Body Of Knowledge)
- Experienced in data maturity assessment models and methodologies.
- Expert in Meta-data management (Data Classifications, Glossary, and data lineage)
- Good understanding of data governance and data quality and metadata management tools like Informatica and Collibra
- Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
- Great communication skills with the clients as a consultant and with the team as a coach and monitor.
- Ability to organize and deliver trainings to the data governance established offices and client teams.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
QUALIFICATIONS
- DAMA Certified
- Knowledge in DG & DQ Tools (Informatica, Collibra)
- Knowledge in industry standards awareness (ex: HL7, FHIR, SWIFT, etc.)
