UAE National – Customer Service Executive | Al Futtaim Auto Center | Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

Overview of the role

  • To provide a high level of customer service by receiving the customer , in a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agree with the ALAC standards concerning vehicle receiving, and also expected to ensure that all policies and procedures relating to customer query handling and complaints resolution are strictly adhered in order to meet the expectations of the
  • customers.

What you will do

  • Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time
  • Maintain the discipline of the service establishment, safe and clean reception area through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures
  • Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
  • Meet & greet the customer as per ALAC Standards & advises customer on necessary repairs and maintenance to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
  • Provides cost estimate to customers if required & answer question posed by customers
  • Explain terms & conditions of Estimate/Repair to customer.
  • Maintains electronic and/or paper records of completed service work.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager, if necessary
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs
  • Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities
  • Achieve branch CSV 4.5 and above in the area of Personal, Welcome, Easy, Transparent & Special.
  • Achieve Branch NPS 60 & above.
  • Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.

المهارات

Required skills to be successful

  • Communication & Analytical, Read, write & speak English fluently.
  • Knowledge of Bodyshop process and procedure.

About the Team

  • You will report to the Bodyshop Manager or Reception Supervisor and will be an individual contributor

What equips you for the role

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile)
  • 3-6 Years relevant experience in a reputed organization
