Position Title: Senior HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

A well-known group of companies with expertise in multiple business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality
Job Description:
- Design and implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives
- Manage the human resources programs and ensure that initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives
- Supervise HR department, deal with employee grievances and disputes, support employee development and enhance job satisfaction
- Forecast staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintain employee records, manage budgets, design accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics

Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’ degree in related course
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role
- Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
