The role is responsible for developing partnerships strategies & events, in addition to analysing overall deal performance and identifying ways to optimize and grow existing partnerships. This role also requires close collaboration with business leads across the Sapphire organization and also with business partners.
• Develop partnership starategy plan and roadmap in alignment with company’s over all strategy plan. Develop events calender and roadmap by selecting and creating relevant events to the company’s vision and targeted customers.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Marketing and VAS Director) to align on priorities, and ensure support strategic partnerships • support in Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen new and existing partnerships that deliver value to Sapphire and provide status update of partnerships in process
• Build and analyse business models to evaluate the financial and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships • Define product and service solutions that meet partner’s needs • Drive relationship building process at multiple levels between partner and Sapphire, including at the senior executive level • Work with internal teams to ensure organizational understanding of partner product strategy and needs • Partecipate in developing the annual Marketing budget through establishing the required partnerships and events budget.
• Proactively bring ideas to improve business results and overall Sapphire brand perception through partnerships
• Manage the relationship with the partners of Sapphire
• Actively participate in planning of partnerships and events milestones and drive alignment to ensure the milestones. Ensures these milestones are accomplished and ensures overall timelines are met. Documents all major plan changes in scope, approach, and date delivery. •Analyses the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives. • Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Works with senior staff members to manage proposed changes to program parameters and ensures appropriate processes and communications are followed. Escalates issues to designated team members for guidance and assistance on how to approach and resolve.
• Ensure the quality of product deliverables in conjunction with the partner and feedback the product team about partner perception of the performance.
• Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.
