الوصف الوظيفي

The role can be based in Dubai, Amman or Riyadh, reporting to the Head Contract Management (MEA). The candidate (he/she) will support the MEA region business unit in respect of legal and contract management matters relating to engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) projects, major procurements with clients, partners, sub-contractors and suppliers globally, including certain corporate secretarial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Support and provide advice to Linxon in all legal, commercial & contract management matters, primarily in contract and procurement matters.
• Provide legal advice in relation to corporate UAE/KSA and Middle East legal matters
• Analyze contracts in light of corporate guidelines and policies and the interest of project stakeholders.
• Interpret laws, decrees, and any other document of a legal nature, ensuring that the interests of the company is adequately protected

المهارات

• Excellent proficiency in English, Arabic is not mandatory but preferred along with any other languages; with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Sound commercial and business law background with a minimum of 7-year experience related to engineering, construction, manufacturing, utilities or other heavy industry.
• Willing to travel occasionally to project sites in the MEA region
• Degree in Law.
• Experience or courses in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling
