- Collaborate with other software developers, business analyst, architect and the project manager to implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
- Integrate the existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
- Work in an agile environment and implementing using agile techniques.
- Fixing issues.
- Checking and replying to feedback.
- Monitoring of daily jobs.
- Monitoring servers health.
- Co-ordinating with different IT/ Business teams.
- Technical Document of codes implemented.
- Functional Specification Document.
- Maintain the source code and versioning.
- Bugs and Issues documentation.
- Provide updates on the weekly deliverables.
- Final software to be delivered.
