Our client is a leading imaging technology. They are now looking for a Sales Manager-B2B to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Train, coach and manage the U.A.E. B2B Sales Team to deliver Existing and New business revenue targets in compliance with our Retention, New Business and Account Management policies What we expect:
- Deliver team target on existing business revenue and new closings revenue
- Hire as per staffing requirements and build and maintain a list of 10 potential Business Development Executive Candidates at all times
- Implement at least one development initiative per week – spend 10 hours / week on training, coaching & joint calls. Ensure retention and growth of existing clients
- Deliver New Business by developing a robust new business funnel from lead to closing stage

Qualifications:
- Track-record of strong revenue growth, preferably in B2B sales of goods or services to IT managers, well-versed in utilization of ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Strong track record of people management and development, go-getter with positive attitude and self-driven, ability to sell a brand promise & product concept instead of selling on price only, meet our key core values, importantly integrity, curiosity, and responsiveness
- UAE driving license & own vehicle is a must
