Job Purpose:
A foreman is an individual who has knowledge and experience in general gardening work, with the ability to supervise the staff members in performing garden maintenance and landscaping project-related work..
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Supervisor in leading the staff members in performing general gardening work
- Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure the work is completed on time and as per instruction
- Carry-out ad-hoc/other duties to be assigned by the Supervisor/Head as needed
- Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone working at the site
- Strictly adhering to company rules and regulations
- Maintaining good relationship with team mates and superiors
Qualifications Required:
- With a Diploma of any Agriculture-related course
- With minimum 2 years experience in landscape gardening work
- Familiar with tropical plants and various plants used in Middle East
- Knows how to use basic manual and powered tools and equipment for gardening
- Preferably with experience in handling / supervising laborers / gardeners
- Must be comfortable in receiving and giving directions to act as liaison between supervisor/management and staff /laborers
- Team leader willing to learn new skills hard-working, respectful, honest, and diligent at work
- Physically fit to do garden work for long hours
- Must be below 30 years old Gender: Male
- Must have a Driver's License
- Can communicate (speak and write) using Basic English Language
