Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for vendor management for the organization through timely evaluation to include the planning and conducting of a vendor risk analysis; defining strategic vendors per station, country or region, qualification and re-qualification activities, including review of vendor evaluation questionnaires, scheduling of remote and on-site audits and review of qualification audit outcomes.
Managing full onboarding process of suppliers on SAP Ariba and providing reports to the management
Performing performance review meetings and performance review projects for strategic vendors
Maintains the Vendor Management Tracker and associated vendor files.
Create and execute reporting and metrics to Quality Leadership on the vendor management program
Works directly with proposed and existing vendors to obtain initial qualification and ensure adherence to requirements.
Strategically partner with functional areas on ongoing oversight of vendors
Works with vendors and partners with Quality and applicable cross functional teams on Action Items specified in audits, regulatory inspections and CAPAs.
Identifies and works with Quality and applicable cross functional teams on vendor related noncompliance, participating in Root Cause Analysis for development of corrective and preventative actions.
Collaborates and serves as a Vendor Management Point of Contact for departmental and cross functional teams to provide support to projects and initiatives.
Participates in client audits for vendor oversight functions
Assists with the coordination of regulatory agency inspections for vendor oversight functions.
Participates in ongoing audit and inspection readiness activities related to vendor management
May author initial and revised controlled documents for vendor management and oversight topics and processes.
May author and/or provide training on vendor oversight topics and processes.
Job Requirements:-
Education: BA Accounting, Finance, Business administration, logistics, supply chain or any related field
2-4 years of vendor management experience in similar industry
Familiar with due diligence and background checks platforms; e.g. World Check
Strong reporting and data analytics skills
SAP Ariba SLP module experience is preferred
Project management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail
Strong professional and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail.
Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as MS words & Excel.
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic mathematical knowledge
* Bilingual in English and Arabic.
