We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Saudi Nationals Four (4) Workshop Clerk to join our top qualified and knowledgeablePLANT AND EQUIPMENT Team either in KSA Projects (i.e. Ras Al Khair, Rastanura, Jeddah).

What you will need to do:
- To prepare daily fuel & oil consumption reports, equipment working hours reports, preparation of other miscellaneous reports as required.
- General Workshop office clerical works.
- Maintain filing, databases and inventories of Plant and Equipment.
- Preparation of Job Cards and Store Issues for Equipment Under Repair.
- Handling of incoming-outgoing shipment of equipment with proper documentation.
- Prepares workshop reports and forms and distributes them on time.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent will be considered a strong asset.
- Computer Literate in MS-Windows and MS-Office (mainly Excel and Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Good attendance.
- Good command (written and oral) of the English language.

Previous experience in a Workshop Clerk position and PLANT AND EQUIPMENT.
