The Senior Asset Manager will manage investments to meet specific goals. Increase the value of Assets and the Portfolio.

Our client is involved in one of the biggest luxury developments in the KSA Region with a focus on hospitality.
Description
Responsibilities:
– HMA Revenue Agreements
– Work closely with Finance Team
– Work closely with Development Team
– Practical approach within the hospitality sector
Requirements:
– at least 10 years' of experience
– at least 3 years' at management level
– industry related qualifications
– MBA advantageous
Profile
The successful candidate will be strong in financial management with a focus in hospitality property. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required.
