Our Client
A high growth Fintech business are launching a new Buy Now Pay Later product and are recruiting a Treasury Operations Specialist to support their growth. This role can be based in either Riyadh KSA or Dubai UAE.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the Treasury Operations unit within Finance
- Defining, setting up and then maintaining banking facilities, optimising cash management arrangements and managing corporate activity, including funding
- Financial risk management, interest rate risk management, and efficiently processing treasury transactions in a controlled process-driven operating environment
- Define the development and delivery of the annual treasury funding plan and to develop and maintain the ongoing optimisation of the Asset Allocation Strategy, ensuring funds are released and payments are made in line with agreed SLAs
- Define and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Business Critical Information Assessments (BCIA) whilst ensuring that Treasury Operations policies, procedures, and process maps are defined and remain up to date
Your Qualifications
- Hands on treasury operations and accounting experience
- Banking/financial services background
- Experience setting up treasury operations from scratch is ideal
- You will possess excellent communication and influencing skills to liaise with other departments and stakeholders
