Beauty Operations Manager
Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Own the On Shelf Availability measurement and improvement process across Beauty (Cosmetics, Perfumes and BBS) across all territories working with Beauty Ops and Buying Teams
- Drive consistency of presentation standards across territories across all Beauty working with VM teams in concept and territory
- Drive performance and productivity of Glitz BAs with territories (Beauty Ops and CMs) through data analysis, reporting and action planning on coaching, training and performance management down to store level
- Plan implementation of additional shared BAs in Skin and Perfumes with Categories and territories
- Maintain accurate floor and space plans for all Beauty sub categories with Projects team
- Understand strategic plans for Beauty e.g. moving to standardized fixtures on Cosmetics, new Perfume fixtures etc. and plan execution roadmap with Category, Brands and Projects team. Ensure delivery on time, budget and quality
- Plan all store renovations and new openings for Beauty (as per CP schedule) – working with Category, Brands and Projects to ensure delivery on time, quality and budget
- Develop and implement simple SOPs and Processes for Retail to ensure consistency of availability and standards
- Own the PI count process for Beauty ensuring counts are scheduled and completed in territories to drive Inventory Accuracy
- Work with Loss Prevention champion(s) to track and minimize shrinkage in Beauty across all categories
- Delivery of special projects e.g. RFID in Beauty
