• Project planning, schedule development and maintenance.
• Initiate & Review Project Planning & Scheduling (Tender Plan, Master Plan, Client baseline, internal baseline, Subcontractors plan, recovery & revised plan).
• Review General Requirement, Milestones, Shop Drawings Schedule, Material Procurement and Delivery Schedule, Mockup Schedule, Construction Schedule, Snagging and Testing Schedule.
• Review Resource Analysis (Manpower forecast / Histograms & Actual Histograms)
• Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
• Review Productivity rate & Production index Analysis.
• Review 15/30 day `look ahead’ program.
• Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update and cash flow integration based on earned value methods.
• • Review of Progress reports (Daily, weekly, Monthly & Quarterly) as agreed with management.
• Review Change Order Management & Variation Orders Analysis.
• Review Extension of time Claims & Claim of Cost (Forensic Planning & Analysis
