This position has overall responsibility for managing engineering, maintenance and landscaping operations of the hotel and may have responsibility for the Loss Prevention function. You will manage the department's daily activities while you plan and organize work, communicate goals, and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage. Responsibility includes ensuring the staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to carry out their job duties. You will educate/train employees on current safety issues to ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and safety regulations.
