What we expect:
•Increasing company brand awareness on the market with business development strategies
•Set, monitor and report on team goals
•Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
•Day to day tasks related to sales documentation and brokers
•directing and assisting in closing deals if required
•Developing partners network and maintaining it
•Expanding company presence internationally
•Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
•Schedule necessary appointments with all parties.
•Monitoring sales inventory
•Conduct necessary training and directions for consultants to maximize business efficiency.
•Ensure achievement of sales targets.
•Direct analysis of competitor, product, and market analysis
•Define and implement metrics for sales effectiveness
•Create sales plans, targets, and performance targets for employees.
•Motivate and guide employees to achieve sales targets.
•Define and implement developer / client relations strategy.
