Job Description

About this role:

• Ensures that the resources and organization from Contractor are adequate to execute the scope per level 4 micro-schedule.
• Ensure that all required inspections, audits and equipment certification are performed on time and that all corrective action plans are properly implemented by CONTRACTOR.
• Ensure timely completion of the work and monitor closely CONTRACTOR performance and progress with respect to approved micro-schedule.
• Ensure that all installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are properly executed per sequence stipulated in the micro-schedule for startup readiness
• Report on regular basis to F-DBN PMT about installation / hook-up progress, trend, concerns and potential drifts on quality, schedule and/or cost.
• Ensure that incomplete activities are properly tracked and recorded and tracked with the right categorization in the punch list management system.
• Raise concern to CONTRACTOR for any installation deficiency, anomaly or non-compliance and propose / suggest acceptable mitigations or corrective actions.
• Participates on request in the Construction / site meetings with Contractor/Subcontractors.
• Stop the work when necessary & report immediately to CONTRACTOR about any anomaly, violation & unsafe act/ practices.
• Maintains good relationships with Site Authorities, CONTRACTOR, while being firm on achieving the project objectives.
• Perform any other duties/projects assigned to him, by the hierarchy.
• To prepare a REX for his discipline.

What you need to bring:
. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.. Experience in similar position (years): 12 Yrs (Min). As a minimum, job holders must have extensive hands-on technical, project co-ordination and supervisoryexperience gained in an Offshore Construction environment (Construction, Engineering, etc…).. Advanced skills and knowledge of offshore campaign/ Shutdown Management techniques in Oil & Gas project is mandatory.. Knowledge and certification in welding and NDT techniques and rigging & slinging techniques (Level 3) ispreferred.. Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills required.. Good sense of team spirit leadership, strong interpersonal and soft communication skills in multi-culturalenvironment Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary. Medically fit to work on offshore installation
