Associate Director of Finance

directeur adjoint des financesOn a behalf of a high-profile client, we are looking for an outstanding Associate Director of Finance to be hired in Riyadh.
The Associate Director of Finance and Administration will be responsible for: Contribution to the development, management, implementation and evaluation of systems, projects, services, staff and budgets to meet requirements. Development and evaluation of finance and administration goals and/or objectives.
Project Accounting

• Manage all project accounting and financial activities
• Being a business partner with the PA's, PM's, PD's and delivery team in project execution from project setup to close out
• Managing a diverse finance team, including mentorship and training.
• Working capital management inclusive of individual project cash flows.
• Monitoring and analyzing projects margins, HC, commercials, KPI's, cost control, revenue recognition, project risks, penalties, and supporting the PMs to understand the key project financials and areas for improvements.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) / Business Line Financial Support

• Working closely with the Country End Market lead as well as Managing Director and COO to support them with the
• Planning and Outlook process to ensure that the finances are tracking to the business plan and strategy.
• Completion of monthly and YTD financial performance reports, comparing to Plan and Outlook; including project NSR and GM variances, detailed indirect labour costs, SG&A and key explanations.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant full member of Institute of Chartered Accountants
• Internal Controls Accounting Auditing
• B.A. in Accounting and Finance
• M.B.S. (Masters) in accounting
• +13 years s financial experience
• engineering background is mandatory
• fluent English
