Our client is a Management consulting firm. They are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings for assigned Managers/Point of contact.
- Book and schedule travel and accommodations as required.
- Organize managers calendars, appointments.
- Report to 3-4 Managers/Point of Contact.
Preference:
- Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Good Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good personality, socially active, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficient in MS Office.
