My client is a leading company working on luxury confidential projects.
Job Purpose:
A Garden Supervisor is an individual who has knowledge and experience in farm operations and general garden maintenance work, with strong leadership skills and ability supervising staff members in performing their assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of a routine garden maintenance program for assigned sites. This program includes a general system on garden maintenance to include periodic fertilization, cleaning/clearing operations, regular cutting and pruning as well as system on plant pest and diseases control and management. Work includes regular site inspection and report generation.

• Responsible for estimation/forecasting, consolidation and requesting of all materials i.e., fertilizers, plants, seeds, soil inputs, tools and equipment being used for garden maintenance in the assigned sites.

• Involved in all upgrading works in all the existing garden areas as well as in the installation of new projects inside the assigned sites. Involvement in these works includes execution of approved plans and designs on-site.

• Responsible for the upkeep of maintenance equipment being used in the assigned garden.

• Responsible in the preparation of periodic reports on landscape/garden maintenance for the assigned sites as well as occasional progress reports on new projects and site upgrades.

• Carry-out ad-hoc/other duties to be assigned by the superiors as needed;

• Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone working at the site;

• Strictly adhering to company rules and regulations;

• Maintaining good relationship with team mates and superiors

Qualifications Required:

• Must have a Degree in Bachelor of Science Agriculture, preferably with Major Courses in Agronomy, Horticulture and Landscaping.

• With previous experience (minimum of 2 years) in farm operations, landscape and irrigation maintenance works;

• Must be 25 – 35 years old;

• Gender: Male

• Must have a Bahrain or any GCC country issued Driver's License

• Must be able to speak and understand Basic English;

• Having the ability to speak Hindi and Arabic language is an advantage;

• Willing to learn new skills;

• Hard-working, respectful, honest, patient and diligent at work;
