As a Technical Support Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
- Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job.
- Supporting Critical Operations in the field when needed.
- Following up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field.
- Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
- Handling special projects as required.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
- Have understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements.
- Have full knowledge of drilling and completion process is an advantage.
- Able to work on-call 24×7 and flexibility to work at sites for extended periods of time.
- Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
