Information Technology Support Engineer

Trismart Group is looking IT support Engineer as following:

Education and certifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Technical knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and In depth knowledge of network (LAN, WAN, VPN )
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting software, remote desktop tools and troubleshooting tools
  • Installing new software and Installing new hardware (servers, computer workstations, etc.)

Required skills:

  • Problem-solving skills: identifying and resolving technical issues. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer service orientation: working closely with end-users and providing assistance. Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Time management and multitasking: Deal with multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency. The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines is important.
  • Continuous learning: Ongoing learning and staying updated with the latest trends and developments is essential. This includes self-study, attending workshops or seminars, and pursuing additional certifications.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, system administrators, and other IT staff. The ability to work well in a team environment, share knowledge, and collaborate on problem-solving.
