Senior Officer – Self service Technology
Responsibilities
- Learning and managing self-services related projects and platforms.
- Stay abreast to the market trends, globally and locally, to provide suggestions or requirements for improvements.
- Work with other related teams (e.g. Product Owner, Operation, Credit, Authorization & Fraud) to understand the requirement related to digital project. Assist and collaborate in develop business requirement document (BRD) from all related parties’ requirement and communicate effectively.
- Take lead in initiating a project in self-service-platforms-related projects
- Basic and broad understanding of project managements
- A thorough understanding of digital banking and banking trends globally and locally
- A strong sense of tasks’ ownership
- A team player and keen to learn
- Ensure projects stakeholders are on a path to delivering successful and engaging results and a high degree of stakeholders' satisfaction
- Recognize risks, escalate critical issues,
- Be a thought partner and team members to the stakeholders, advising them on how to deploy digital solutions and achieve the most engaging goals.
- Engage with senior stakeholders at the banks, which is critical for delivery success and expansion of the digital business for the Bank.
- Data-centric/ driven to produce and understand customer behavior through the user lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English
- 4-6 years of experience in a related role
- Must demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and creative skills
- Basic project management awareness and skills
- Strong understanding of design thinking / human centered design methodology and experience in using it in project design and implementation
- Good understanding of digital banking landscape in terms of products , functional teams, services and typical banking applications
