Tele Sales Agent
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
Engage with leads in a professional and persuasive manner to highlight the value of our offerings.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to overcome objections and close deals.
Maintain a high level of customer service during all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices for achieving sales success.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products/services.
Continuously improve your sales skills through training and development programs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Agent or Sales Representative for at least 2-3 years.
Strong proficiency in conducting research through various websites, especially LinkedIn, to identify potential leads.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and skilled in handling objections during sales interactions.
Sound knowledge of effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-driven and highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
APositive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
