Cluster Director of Revenue – IHG Jordan/ NTD Hotels

We are looking for Cluster Director of Revenue for IHG Jordan / Owned by Social Security.
This position exists to Facilitates, guides, and directs all hotels in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the properties (All IHG hotels & Resorts owned by Social Security in Jordan). Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapts current strategy as necessary. Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
DEVELOP STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING PROCESS

• Fully contribute to the design of the hotels' business strategy
• Setting of Total Revenue Target’s (Budget)
• Actively support the Hotels by providing advice and support for all revenue generating activities
• Define the hotels business mix segmentation
• Set pricing strategy for rooms, C&B, F&B and OOD.
• Setting up guidelines for decision making process in regard to pricing and contracting

DEVELOP AND PILOT THE HOTELS REVENUE STRATEGY

• Lead the Revenue Meeting
• Ensure daily pricing is in line with the revenue strategy
• Regular daily forecasting and strategy
• Maintain& issue the annual Demand Calendar
• Setting of Channel strategies in line with IHG Standards
• Review / approval of group & catering requests outside guidelines (ceiling)
• Maintain allotments process and review production
