About Our Client
The client, based in Bahrain, is a rapidly growing Fintech with an international presence.
Job Description
This role is responsible for:
- Preparing asset liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
- Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
- Bookkeeping of day-to-day transactions by analysing accounting options
- Summarising current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other reports
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
- Must have accounting qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent
- Have a Master's degree or/and MBA is a preferred
- Have 2+ years experience in a similar accounting role in a financial institution or fintech
