Senior Developer
Title: Senior Developer
We're looking for a versatile and experienced senior software developer to join our team at Carseer.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Write code, tests, and documentation.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, scalability, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Use best practices to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Work on green field projects as well as maintain existing ones.
- Own the technical aspects of release management.
- Contribute to library choices and implementation details.
- Mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product owners to build and groom the product backlog.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience designing, developing, and scaling web and REST API solutions written with .Net.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Software Architecture, System Designs, Design Patterns, C#.NET, ASP.NET and .NET Core.
- Excellent relational database skills with MS SQL and Oracle.
- Solid experience with Angular.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, refactoring, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Demonstrated experience in Scrum leading Scrum meetings, developing Sprints, Product Backlog and User Stories.
- Experience with Git.
- Knowledge with AWS and microservices is a plus.
