Validation & Calibration Supervisor

Triumpharma; leading CRO in the conduct of clinical trials in the region; seeks to attract Validation & Calibration Supervisor to lead the team for achieving business and personal objectives:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the Validation & Calibration department.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other validation personnel or project team in protocol/report preparation, execution and data interpretation.
• Review validation protocols and use data analysis skills in assuring accurate interpretation of data.
• Write, review, or revise SOPs as related to validation policies or revalidation activities, as needed.
• Independently assist in preparing written validation protocols including designing appropriate test experiments.
• Evaluate current systems, develop alternatives, and recommend implementation plans to ensure that work systems support both business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed to cGXP standards. Review calibration and controls documentation including SOPs and calibration reports.
• Review and approve upon completion for compliance with GXP and technical correctness.
• Develop and implement training programs for Calibration staff in each department.
• Support Engineering in completing projects requiring instrumentation calibration and/or change control support.
• Conduct and execute (hands-on approach) of the calibration of various equipment if required and the above tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical field, at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Education: BSc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, or any related field from a reputable university.
• Desirable to have a background in pharmaceutical organization.
• Good knowledge of related guidelines including the GMP and GLP.
• Exposed to FDA and European inspections.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English language skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Leadership and Motivational Skills
• Ability to coordinate efforts to maximize productivity.
