We are in search of a passionate, creative and motivated Assistant Manager to lead the team of The Cellar restaurant, where the delicious aroma of paella sizzling in the open kitchen mixes with the lively crowd and the clinking of wine glasses, to create a fun and unforgettable atmosphere perfect for a cozy dinner or a night out with friends. Our ideal candidate would be someone who worked at upscale fine-dining restaurants and have excellent knowledge of Spanish cuisine and premium beverages, who can ensure a top-notch service to our guests and be an inspiring Leader for the team.

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent English
