Position Overview:
As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions, implementing policies, and providing strategic HR guidance to management and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Execute employee performance management processes, providing guidance and coaching to managers on performance improvement and development plans.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
- Participate in compensation analysis and salary review processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Lead and guide subordinates in the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in English preferably C1/C1 levels.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Experience in customer service field is highly preferable.
