Job Description

A Team Leader is responsible for monitoring rider's appearance, hygiene and grooming, and ensuring customer experience and t-patrollers compliance.
What's On Your Plate
- Improve rider quality – appearance, hygiene and grooming
- Set targets and parameters for t-patrollers, assignee tasks, areas and ensure attendance
- Provide support to vendors and resolve riders day-to-day issues
- Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare quality and audit report to verify the rider's compliance
- Provide support to improve rider quality and support in training non-compliant riders through 1-on-1 sessions
- Develop monthly reports projecting the inspection, audit performance and improvement opportunities
- Support country operation teams, sales, marketing and other departmental ad-hoc tasks
- Conduct meetings regularly with t-patrollers to achieve consistency in teamwork
- Engage with vendor to improve delivery timeline and acknowledge rider's issues
- Provide support in work-related tasks and lead the t-patrollers in the zone
- Record rider's compliance in the system and verify the issues, discuss with supervisor and take actions as per the company standards
What Did We Order
- Must have 3 years delivery experience
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Flexibility with location
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills (English proficiency is a must, Arabic is a plus)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Familiar with Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc.
- People management skills: experience in leading a large group of people, preferably drivers
- Kuwait driving license is required
