Currently, we are seeking forIT Administrator. In this role, the successful candidate is to develop and administer IT Administration/Shared Services plans and programs to administer the IT shared services spectrum from engagement process through delivery and client management, providing services to external clients and internal functions in a shared services environment in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies. IT support for end users. Also, to contribute to the Country Business Process, System & Training process to deliver and continuously improve business process requirements, business process framework, business solution design, business process & system change management and system training design and support.
Key Responsibilities
. Perform service desk procedures effectively
. Apply corporate security policies and procedures to end users
. Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while meeting business and customer requirements
. Follow IT rationalization process DePICT in executing all projects and support activities.
. Ensure all IT telecom, voip, switching and routing infrastructure installations and setups are met industrial standards and complie detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy
. Develop and support IT telecom and network infrastructure solutions with agreed deliverables
. Plan and assess integration with IT applications and systems services where required to eliminate system hindrances
. Use system process analysis tools and methods, examine and document business processes and metrics, and identify improvement opportunities to streamline and automate processes and functions
. Draft and execute software testing and debugging plans to ensure functionality and quality
. Develop a culture of quality, service excellence and continuous improvement
. Ensure appropriate talent knowledge maintenance organization and improvement
. Contribute to a team spirit of effectiveness in the team, build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL managers
. Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
. Degree in Computer Science
. International certifications in telecom, networking, routing, switching and voip
. Good Knowledge of Local reality
. Exposure and knowledge of the Global DGF entity
. 2+ year experience on end user support solutions and services, telecom, networking, routing, switching and voip
. Technical Support, Shared Services, System Administration, IT Infrastructure Library, RPA, Consulting, Call Centers, SLA, IT Service Management, Customer Support, Customer Management, Sharepoint, Troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery, Servers, Software Installation, Computer Hardware, DPDHL Business Knowledge, Business Processes, Business Strategy, Market Research, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Influencing, Feedback, Presentation & Storytelling, Facilitation
